Bench Press Accidents Are Dangerous

Galusan's life obviously could have been saved by oper safeties, since no team of spotters on earth could have reacted quickly enough to catch four o eight and freefall. Since then, there have been many other idios, people dropping bars on themselves while binch pressing despite keeping their thumbs around a bar. It happens too fast. Spotters don't even know it's occurred until it's balanced off the guy's chest. You cannot react that quickly. So don't say stupid shut like that in a comment.
