Barry's Ability to Get Everybody Pulling in Exactly the Same Direction Is Remarkable

Barry has an incredible ability to get everybody pulling in exactly the same direction. He deserves a hell of a lot of credit for that. The job he's done with Joel Linton has been remarkable, just transforming him from a pretty hapless striker into a brilliant midfielder. And I probably didn't envisage them qualifying for the Champions League with a team that had players like Jacob Murphy and Sean Longstaff and Dan Byrne as more or less staples. But they've done ahead of schedule, I would argue.
