Liszt went to the academic grindstone to see if he could uncover the science of scale. He tore apart successfully scaled ideas, filling chalk boards with opaque equations and grafts. But he's managed now to boil it all down to five understandable weak links that if research or policy can avoid these, it's likely they will scale. False positives: There are cases where there was never any voltage in the first place, though it appeared otherwise. Drug abuse resistance education is a prevention programme that works. Adra dare is based on the belief that a young person will choose to avoid drugs and alcohol abuse if they are given both the right information and the skills for resisting them.
