Offshore Wind in Asia?

Asia is the major consumer of coal these days in total. And Asia has been slower to get really going on the decarbonisation path. Japan I think has the biggest potential. Anything they do onshore is expensive. The near-onshore wind market is essentially a hobby market. In other parts of Asia it's a little bit more challenging because of the value proposition.
