The Role of Marriage Counselors in the Community

I think there could be like a sports person equivalent in the imam world. So I mean mom is expected to do 10 jobs on the salary of somebody who's doing the lowest paid job in the world. And whose fault is that? It's easy for me to say it's the committees of the machine. But they are product of the community and we have to own it. We have to understand what we're creating for our children. The real issue is how does someone become financially stable in a position where they help in the community as a imam or something along those lines.
