Is the Welsh Language a Dialect of English?
20% of the whole population of Wales speaks Welsh. Of the Celtic languages spoken in the British South, it is that most spoken. The other thing is, Scott's Gallic. 1% of the Scottish population speaks Scott’s Gallic. And people often think, oh, it's a dialect of English. No, it is not. It is God-and they do want to be- God-forsaken in a nice way.
