How to Lose Motivation When You Feel Like You're Losing Motivation

I was a Purple Belt for a little while. I'd take two years off of consistently training. When you come back, it's a hard comeback because it's very easy to get hurt. And then when you see all those guys that are white belt and now they're higher belt than you. So my suggestion is don't stop. Don't train every day. Take two days break. Maybe go slower, but keep going. Keep walking forward.
