"I think obviously it is not good that all these people lost their jobs. It's a terrible situation," he says. "For those, you know, like 50,000 people, this is an opportunity to do something different or to really self evaluate and think about, okay, what direction do I want to go? Was what I was doing worth it?" He adds: "The world is significantly more your oyster than when you're trapped in a more traditional hamster wheel."
