Sex Talk With Your Mom

I think one important thing is like safety yeah I don't know I guess. especially for girls like us like we have to get our period at some point in our life right like it's inevitable and then I feel like when you get your period that's the perfect opportunity for your mom or your dad to like talk to you about just like puberty and sex kind of in general where it's like hey your body's changing you should be careful and like be wary of these certain things. That could potentially help with positive body image oh that's a good point because I think like a lot of us aren't used to talking about this with parents and therefore it feels weird to talk about it with friends
