When i, whenever i tryd to do a discovery on the account, major, by the end of the call day, count major tells me, how wot we just do another discovery with a customen? Well, this is it. A lot of times you've got to go and what they've just given you, you know. And may not have had the chance to talkt to the prospect before the actual demo. If i can't speak to them, then i will sure tell them what i'm going to show them in case it's not relevant. That kind of eliminated, reduced the open and am made to call more useful in the end.
