California Marijuana Legalization - The Illegal Market

She found that the illegal market had used legalization as a springboard kind of a cover to come out of hiding from the forests and national parks into the valleys. Five more states, Arkansas, Maryland, Missouri, and both of the Dakotas are weighing whether to legalize recreational marijuana next month.
