At least half, probably over half, of the clients i see in my office don't know what to call happened to them. If we don't even know how to talk about it, then how are we going to heal from it? So i feel like naming it, having self awareness about it, understanding and then healing is essential. And for me, it is important, was it sexual abuse? Was it rape? Was it sexual assault?"
