Do you have any idea what the optimal dose of being outdoors is, or where this sort of curve begins to kick in? I think 20 minutes is enough. The other back door intervention that i've always found to be unbelievably powerful is putting whatever yourself in a position of adding value to some one else. One of the best antidotes for stress is contributing to something else, doing something for somebody else.
