How Much of Our Limits Are the Product of Technology?

i think technology and institutions are very closely intertwined, right? We know we need better pure technology. But we also need better social technology in the sense of better laws, regulations,. et cetera that support being productive. i've thought a lot about nipa, which is the national environmental policy act. It's years long, you know, so much, so many headaches. And it's just this whole layer of slowness and, and i mean, of risk and potential vetocracy.
