What Is a Post Mortem?
Post mortems are a written record of an incident. They should include the actions taken to mitigate customer impact and resolve the incident. Our gol we post mortem is to prevent incident from reccurring, and at least reducing the likelihood of impact of future outrages. The stages that are more often the non will be separated the impact itself,. And important to emphasize root cause or root causes, and not just the symptoms.
