The Role of CMG in Protecting Intellectual Property
Milton Glaser designed the original I love and why for free in 2001, right after 9-11. The state of New York went up apologizing to Glaser and chalked it up to a bureaucratic misunderstanding. Claire says they have some other methods for searching for infringements that she couldn't talk about. But if CMG thinks something is an infringement, it doesn't always mean there's a cease and desist letter in the mail from CMG.
