Buffett's Thoughts on Activision

This is always a questionable deal. Activision has a problem because of things related to cultural, sexual harassment,. And then they don't have a professionalized organization that would be easy to leave to someone else and expect the same sort of results as they had before or everything. So basically, you've got to find a home for the company if you're thrown out the top people. Because of that, they were in a situation where they're basically for sale; Microsoft very much wants to buy a company like Activision.
