The title, work without jobs, basically says that we need to begin thinking about work and workers outside of the traditional boundaries. A worker is a job holder, and the qualification is, let's call it, a degree. They're the containers that very often the systom in organizations and in society. So that's what the book is about. It's not that people won't have jobs, but they need to be reconstructedad reinvented.
