Do You Think the DC Court of Appeals Is Going to Be Able to Use All of the Discovery?

Judge Kaplan was clearly like not amused. He said, your client has known this was coming for months and would be well advised to decide who is representing him in it. And although he did not make any ruling for the bench, he'd said he'd have a lot more to say after the case was filed. So this is going to be really fun this week because I think the court is pretty promptly going to allow these cases to be consolidated. And I'm going to move forward.
