Public Housing - I'm Going to Vote No on This Market Rate Housing
i think a lot of the public housing conversation that happens tends to accidentally empower nimbies. Because some of these things are sometimes ad ed for, it gives nimbes kind of this shield to hide behind. And maybe they never intend to vote for any housing whatsoever. It's a dynamic that i see that just drives me up the wall. I don't know, totally, kno, i mean it as a person who essentially spends my days trying working with public housing authorities and organizations.
