Is There a Pence Rule?

It's a huge issue, i thinki listen, i think the whether it's real or implied. I mean, i have had a number of people sit the pence roll that amazes me. People fer to it openly and commonly as an indicator of feeling like they can't be in settings with women on their team. You would not have dinner alone with a woman on your team, which, again, i jus would not have thought twice about it myself. But partof me wonders if what's going on is all this is being used as an excuse tat's sort of like men now have an excuse to make much effort with women.
