What Is the Story Behind the Proto-Lego Brick?
The first Lego bricks were called automatic binding bricks in 1949. They weren't lego bricks in the sense that we would think of them today. You could build things, you could build like buildings with them. As long as you weren't trying to lift it, you can build it. There's actually some that are these beautiful marble-coloured blocks.
