The Signalling Model of Education in Economics
There's something called the signalling model of education in economics. A degree is a signal that employers, companies, hiring managers, recruiters use as sort of like a ltering device. As long as they can look at your degree and be like, ar this person didn't scrape by by the skin of their teeth, they're going to pass it. Gaer: Perfect grades are not nearly as strong of a signal as just the degree itself.
