Push-Dose Epi

You should never, if you're using push-dose epi after you've used 10ccs. And this points to another potential problem that I have not pointed out in the original podcast,. So let me mention it here. Don't do this. Why? Okay. Now just a few points about the article. They mentioned in a few different places a prohibition against pre-filled saline syringes being used to mix up your push-dose Epi. But they didn't say exactly why. It's very good operational framework for making a guideline for your ED or ICU for the use of push-dose pressures.
