Trust in the Code?

There has been a lot of cases in which you have Mark-Coned hard code that is flawed. In some way, I don't think it has ever really been a heart in the sense of a real heart. It's really just a very stupid vulnerability that someone didn't pay attention to. The problem is that as opposed to centralized server where as soon as you find out the vulnerability, you can fix it.
