Estonia: A Hub for Digital Nomads

I don't know much about Estonia right I have no preconceived notions about Estonia the only thing I can think of is must be some it's like near it's off of the coast of Russia or maybe near the Lithuanian and like that little area. but they're like ahead of the curve in terms of maybe apparently apparently according to my friend who's going there he's going there for a reason you know because he wants to. But on the flip side that sounds like something world governments would be might be concerned about perhaps.
