How to Price Your Services Effectively

If you want to have a bigger margin on your services, you don't want to be easily compared to the guy down the street or the other service provider in your area. So how do we change the way we price so that it's not easy to compare? Subscription pricing is a great way to do that. David Perry: I encourage most of my clients to work with two pricing strategies.
