Is It a Fran and an Obi?

Zak: I think the Raptors are gonna wait this entire month and see where they're at on February 1st. He says there'd be six or seven teams calling with decent offers right away Fran and obi then you bid them against each other to get a really good offer. Zak said he could very easily see a world where Toronto just kind of stand by and continue to move on the path they have been, but it would have to take a pretty crazy turn of events for that to happen.
