The Importance of Product Intuition
A lot of what you think of as the work of a PL is primarily project management and coordination. The more junior they are, the more of their job is just execute ship on time,. It's less big vision strategy, incredible insights into product direction. And it's often actually why a lot of PMs at early stage startups struggle because they're stuck between the founder having a clear, strong opinion and the team that has to build it.
