Are You Trying to Change Your Behavior?

If we don't have deeply compelling and relevant reasons for our quote unquote, why, then whenever we bump up against any kind of conflict, whether it's internal in our own brain, or from other people, the bubble is just going to burst. Our primary reason for initiating a behavior change is so fundamental to whether we develop low quality and short term motivation or high quality long term motivation. We want to shift and reframe a behavior like physical activity away from future and vague goals like petter health prevention.
