The Trade-Offs of Uncomfortableness
Everybody lives with discomfort. You have to pick what are the things that you wanna be uncomfortable about. Every problem has a solution, but I think every solution has a problem. It does come with a certain level of experience to help ease into that comfortness of being able to say, I don't know. The company didn't hire me hoping I would succeed. My manager didn't put me on this project hoping I would fail. The team, my team lead didn't give me this task, hoping I wouldfail. That means they are expecting questions, they're expecting pushback,. Because that's part of the problem-solving process.
