He didn't have the lost version that we had because he'd already achieved the three stars. In other words, hay, i did this thing. I achieved what i said i was going to achieve. Ah, now i can hop oubt he got a ton of positive p r for it. That's another story. A, and it actually benefited him, you know. So it may not be the best use case because he didn't lose much business. But there wasn't a lot of pain or sacrifice.
