We need more studies on regional hypertrophy in response to different variations for the same muscle group. And until we do that, I think we are probably overreaching with a lot of our conclusions. We would have to do some pretty complex, we'd have to measure multiple sides of muscles and then look at how fatigued did you feel after that? Which is a better decision?
