How Do You Manage Those Third Place Teams?

You don't want to finish fourth rit like that. I'd rather be out of it a then trying to finish fourth for nothing and just bein. The good thing on underd is, once i think they're dead, i'll probably change the name of the team to dead. And then i won't be looking at that team any more.
