Is Journaling a Mindfulness Practice?

Journalling is particularly good for another kind of move that helps insight. When you write things down, you externalize, you can see those bigger patterns. And if you do it from the third person perspective, you can also get insight into them. That's called the solomon effect. The probaly rumination is you'r holding everything in working memory, and that's too ephemeral. You're not so this is why journaling is better than rumination.
