The Evolution of the Flat Fee Commission Structure
Zeth: We had a lot of feedback over my guest like last summer and stuff around some of the delivery people who are maybe a bit unhappy. So we did a big deep dive into it and changed the model a little bit to bring the two commissions a bit more in line, basically split the value of the deals. And when we originally designed the initial commission structure, it was pretty good. It was pretty fair to the delivery guys. But what we're seeing is that the guys have been able to do some really, really good high value business which is great. With flat fee commission, then the delivery guys weren't seeing the upside on those deals. so it had to change.
