I think that's the biggest thing for me. And you were shutting off. You said you're shutting off your mind. But more about what was going through your mind because different types will shut off their minds for different reasons. What was happening for you? Was it chasing something new something different? Was it a new idea? What was going on for you? Yeah, I mean, again, if you work for government systems systems, you know, you have an idea of what social work is really about.
