The Importance of Understanding Why We're Doing a Podcast

Gastronostal will end after 100 episodes. I'm very excited about that, but again, I feel like that show, I think 100 episodes will be a good time to wrap it up. And we haven't fallen out. It's not that we still don't have anything to say about the topic because, hey, who ever gets tired of talking about food? That's all Gastronostal here is we talk about food. Sometimes it's more difficult to find topics than others, but you never ran out of stuff to say. We might repeat ourselves, of course. So that's another.
