Are My People Working Hard Enough?

I love this question because it's always asked by the person that's paying CX people. The struggle with this is like, you'll get 10 different answers because it really depends on the brand. At Jones, we have people that can pound out 300 tickets in a day. And it makes me like, holy shit, that's crazy.
