Staying Consistent With Your Training Cycles

If you can keep yourself in motion even just a little bit it's going to be much easier to continue. For some people three times a week is like as much as they are all we are gonna run period. Life gets in the way sometimes right I found it myself and so if you get out of the habit an object that stops stay is stopped If you haven't run in a week or a month yeah it's gonna feel really hard to get out the door compared to if you're running consistently.
