How to Create Meaningful Gatherings

Many of our gatherings, in part to try to not offend one another or assume that we share the same beliefs, have become vague and diluted. I think this is for a lot of different reasons. Powerful rituals tend to be specific and speecificity tends to come from sub communities. For example, like a temilian braminian red thread tying ceremonies is a very specific ceremony from with it for a very specific community.
