The Evolution of Consciousness

There isn't just one way to have a brain that generates consciousness, right? Other people certainly are conscious and they have different arrangements of neurons. And we're not always talking about particles randomly forming a brain in like deep space out of just pure quantum chance. But I would definitely say that changing the structure of your brain would have dramatic effects on your personality.
