How to Be a Successful Teacher
Erica's advice for new teachers: Don't try to do everything at once. Set goals that are realistic, work towards them and you know be flexible with them. Be organized - I have lots of blocks in my calendar every day so I can let things go through the week. And then just find some little time for yourself... even five minutes a day is important.
