I think that science itself can also be best thought of as an abductive process, that it's our best explanation of what's going on. So the postulation that we evolve through natural selection is not something that can be logically demonstrated, but it is the best explanation we have for the things that we observe. I wouldn't go that far. Maybe tells us that planting is onto something there.
