Where Is the City of God?

In psalm forty six, it's zion, or city of jerusalem. It's the place that god chose to be in the midst of her so that she will not be moved. Our god as our refuge doesn't get us through the crisis, but gives us joy in the crisis. With a foreign army surrounding the city, there is gladness, there is joy, even in pain and such threat.
