How to Help a New Believer Understand the Church

I'm encouraged by the excitement pastors demonstrate and putting it positively. A lot of pastors don't understand which is more important, a choir or the Lord's Supper. I think that Vince Lombardi, this is a football, is the conversation that we need to have with them. Teaching the seminarians when they come here for weakenders. The line I use again and again is I think a lot of pastors do not know which is moreimportant: youth group or baptism. They haven't been helped theologically of thinking through that simple question.
