The Disincentive of Community Interaction by Corporate Structures
Credentialing system flattens people into data units, he says. You're not actually that unique and you're replaceable with anybody else who has the same skills in the same piece of paper as you do. It lets some some hiring manager unload all responsibility like okay i hired this guy but he had the credential right? He's disposable until we can find someone who will do the job cheaper or india or whatever so it disincentivizes community interaction by these corporate structures.
