How to Find an Internship That Works for You
The next option was to do an internship at a group that you might be interested in staying. That does sound like a big commitment, especially if you weren't lucky enough to perhaps get a position at the one that you already did an internship and then to do another internship unpaid. I would always recommend finding internships at groups that you would consider staying at. Then you already know a little bit about your future supervisor.
