98.99 was an interesting weird time in the internet business because on one hand, the bubble was gaining speed and on the other hand, it was bumpy. So there was a lot of up and down all at the same time. And we opened as many doors as we could for as many of our people as we could. Some people did very, very well. Other people who didn't want to relocate or whatever, it was hard. But yes, a lot of it is if you're not one of the top five people at a company, why did you take that job in the first place? A lot of people just want a job.
