Setting Priorities in an All-I-Go Situation

1,300 people in a Slack channel sounds like it's not necessarily a recipe for quick convergence to set up contributing factors or a common understanding of what's at the stake. How was your experience with that? So obviously this didn't grow immediately, right? We didn't have 1,300 people online at 1 in the morning. And really like the honest answer is that it was on me to set those priorities and to sort of coordinate the room around that.
